Research Opportunity: Teaching  Assistants and School Support Staff

We wish to hear from  anyone working in Enfield and undertaking a Midwheb Partnership module who  is interested in focusing their research issues surrounding the work and impact of  teaching assistants/school support staff in schools. Titles may include,  for example
 
The impact of teaching assistants/school support  staff  on learning, and standards 
Building effectiveness: Identifying conditions  that maximise the effectiveness of school support staff. 
Building effective working relationships: The  role and relationship of school support staff with teaching  staff.

There may  is possibility for support funding in the range of about £400 per person in this area from Enfield .
