Combine with TIPD, Comenius Projects, e -linking etc, etc.

Individual projects based around the innovative subject delivery. Using industry based strategies and maximising new technologies.

A research and development based project for teachers on a focus of their choice, based upon identified school needs.

Developing understanding and sharpening the practitioner research and development process.

Participants will develop their own portfolio project based upon

  1. Needs identification
  2. An individualised plan of their learning, implementation and evaluation.
  3. Providing evidence.
  4. An analysis of impact and learning
  5. Ways forward

A portfolio of the research project will be developed showing evidence of impact.
